Commercialization Catalyst™ faculty development programs are offered as fixed-price commercial items and include proprietary curriculum, structured participant materials, and digital resource access.

These programs are offered in two formats to align with institutional goals, timeline, and level of participant engagement.

  • Investment: $15,000
  • Enrollment: Includes up to 40 participants
  • Delivery: A focused engagement (approximately 4 hours of facilitated time) delivered as a single session or across multiple shorter sessions

A cohort-based program that builds communication, positioning, and engagement capability through structured development and application

  • Investment: $30,000 base fee plus a coaching add-on of $1,500 per participant
  • Enrollment: Typical cohort size is 5-15
  • Delivery: Approximately 12 hours of facilitated engagement, delivered as multiple sessions to allow participants to apply concepts, develop materials, and return with refined work for feedback

Executive-Level Support for Research and Innovation Programs

AAMS provides advisory services to leaders of research, technology transfer, and innovation programs. Engagements are designed to complement internal teams, strengthen researcher engagement, and align institutional efforts with commercialization objectives.

Service Delivery Includes:

  • Executive Coaching: Individual leadership development for participants operating in high-stakes research and innovation environments
  • Strategic Advisory: Program strategy, researcher engagement models, and institutional scaling approaches
  • Custom Content Development: Development of workbooks, slide decks, and structured frameworks aligned to program goals
